Be part of an exciting new legal recruitment business in niche subject areas. We want to ensure lawyers and legal support professionals have top-notch roles today to make the world better tomorrow.
Ideally, we are seeking a co-recruiter to assist in building our new service offering for clients in the legal sector. You will have the opportunity to source Associate and Partner level Solicitors for Magic, Silver Circle and top US Law Firms, also working with Multi-national In-House clients and NGOs across the UK and Internationally.
To decide if you are suitable, please consider the following:
- You must be able to work independently
- You must have an entrepreneurial mindset with at least 3 years of experience in legal recruitment
- Be someone who is happy to build client relationships, though we will also supply you with roles to fill
- Be someone who loves talking regularly with our candidate pool
- Be willing to learn and constantly keep abreast of the developments in the subject areas we specialise in
- Be familiar with LinkedIn Recruiter as a licence will be given to you
- Possess Right to Work status in the UK
- Be social media savvy
- Be equally passionate about our purpose
The role may suit a non-practising solicitor or a law returner who is serious about switching to the recruitment space. The role will be mostly remote, though some travel between London and Oxford may be necessary.
Options are possible for a shorter work week. Fixed monthly Engagement Fee of £1,500 to £2,000 (depending on experience) + incremental commission structure (working up to a max of 40%). With commission, your 1st yr earnings can be expected to be around £35,000 - £40,000.
