You may view our vacancies on our Vacancies Page, on our social media pages (LinkedIn and Twitter) and on selected job boards suitable for the role in question. Due to the high confidentiality of some, especially senior roles, we may not advertise all available vacancies and prefer to conduct discreet candidate searches.
We welcome the opportunity to work with you. We would be happy to assist you with your candidate search and share our Recruitment Terms & Conditions with you. As we believe in transparency for all our clients, we are happy to share that our fee is 20% of the annual salary of the candidate you successfully appoint. Non-profits and legal organisations enjoy a discount on this fee.
We strongly recommend that you follow our social media pages for any new opportunities that may be posted on them. By following our pages, you will also benefit from the knowledge-sharing posts that you may find useful for the type of roles you are targeting. We also post on developments in the legal profession or career tips that you may benefit from. Our roles are not restricted by geography. Likewise, our candidate pool and outreach are not restricted by geography. We can therefore assist you with roles in the UK, Asia-Pacific, EMEA and the United States.
In October 2023, we entered into a strategic alliance with Cyan Partners and are powered by them. You may read more about our strategic alliance here.
Recruiters rarely get engaged for assistance with such roles, but exceptions exist. Also, as we have invited potential employers to post relevant vacancies with us (even if they do not engage us), there may be opportunities to spot such roles on our social media pages.
We have assisted candidates with CV reviews, LinkedIn Profile mentoring, mock interview sessions and general career coaching sessions. Some of these are paid-for services. Please contact us to discuss. No fee is charged for placing you in a role.
Yes, we can assist to craft suitable job descriptions for you for a modest fee of 80 GBP + vat. If you decide to engage us and a successful placement is eventually made, this charge will be deducted from your final engagement fee.
If we already have a working relationship with you, we would be happy to assist you with all roles in other practice areas, on a case-by-case basis.
