Our client is an award-winning international law firm with office locations in the US, Canada, Europe and the Asia-Pacific region. Headquartered in the US, they are seeking a 2-4 PQE litigation associate to join the litigation team in their London office.
As an Associate, you will have the opportunity to work in all phases of commercial litigation, from pleadings through to trial and appeal. You will be given significant responsibility over pending cases and in-court experience. Specifically, you will handle the following types of tasks for complex litigation matters:
- Disclosure
- Drafting statements of case
- Witness proofing
- Research, legal analysis and advisory work
- Trial preparation
You will have the following qualifications:
- Two to three years of commercial litigation experience
- Have trained and qualified with a City or other reputable London firm
- Admission as a Solicitor in England & Wales
- The ability to practice in England & Wales without the need for sponsorship
- Excellent research and writing skills
- Strong academic performance
