Sonya Va
Sonya joined Pro Lawyers ESG in July 2022.
Here she assumes all the administrative and support tasks required for the business and assists Sangeet in daily tasks on matters relating to the legacy candidate pool and for the social media page on LinkedIn.
Before joining Pro Lawyers ESG, Sonya spent slightly over 3 years working in a larger recruitment company with different professional niches. With her background in law, she assisted in developing and starting a legal recruitment desk for the company and acted on all aspects of end-to-end recruitment for the legal sector, from candidate work to client relations. She sourced, interviewed, screened and shortlisted the ideal candidates that best matched the job descriptions and the client’s needs. Sonya is familiar with all aspects of CRM for candidates and is familiar with a range of job search platforms.
Sonya works remotely and part-time. When not working, she spends her free time volunteering at her local animal shelter.
